This policy describes the current Ember Realms app, developed by Daniel Birouty, and information you may choose to send when contacting support.

Information in the app

Ember Realms does not require an account. The current app does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics, and has no developer-operated gameplay server. Optional Game Center rankings are described below.

Progress stored on your device

Completed levels, difficulty awards, Endless Conquest saved runs, and local personal bests are stored on your device. There is no developer-operated cloud save service. Removing the app and its data can remove this progress. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by your platform provider.

Optional Game Center leaderboards

On iPhone and iPad, you may choose to enable Apple Game Center to share your Endless Conquest score. When a run ends in defeat after at least one stage is conquered, the app submits the number of stages conquered to Apple, associated with your Game Center player account. Saving a run or completing an intermediate stage does not submit a score.

The leaderboard displays Game Center player display names, ranks, and scores, with global and friends views. Other players can see your leaderboard name and score according to Game Center settings. The app uses your Game Center player identifier locally to keep pending score submissions separate between accounts; it does not operate a separate account database or receive your Apple Account password. Pending scores may be retried when a connection becomes available.

Game Center is optional. You can play offline and keep local progress without it. Manage your Game Center account, profile visibility, and sign-in in your device settings. Apple processes and retains Game Center information under its Game Center privacy policy. Contact us with questions about the app’s handling of scores.

When you contact support

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and related issues, or where required by law. You may request deletion of correspondence by contacting support.

This website and platform services

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The website hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Apple and other platform providers may separately process store, device, or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

The app does not ask players for personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.

Future changes

The current app does not offer in-app purchases. If future features change how information is handled, we will update this policy to reflect those changes.
